The Supreme Court in Italy has ruled the rape of a young girl was a less serious offence because she was already sexually active.The terrible thing is that I can see the same argument being used in Canada. I can't see it working but I can see it being tried.
How hard is it to figure out that consent is consent and no consent is no consent? (or NO means NO) And what I did yesterday doesn't give anyone the right to abuse me tomorrow.
Sadness and anger. That's all I can say.
